1) I am actually laG roiL (I was inspired by Diesel 11 to change my username, Avatar, location and signature).
2) I thought the balloons from previous years were never reused in new parades, so I couldn't've lied.

Yep, Thomas did appear once again. But, they used the original engine roll call music instead of using a Season 19 roll call instrumental to make more sense.
