This company called Jam Filled Entertainment (A subsidiary of the new Boat Rocker Media) is looking to acquire Arc Productions assests, full article here:

Ah! After hearing that Arc had gone bankrupt, I felt very discouraged. When I read the news about Arc getting off the hook, I felt worse. Now that I'd read this article, I do feel a little better.

It does sound like Thomas will be in good hands; and if I am hearing you correctly, they are acquiring the digital assets, so the stuff arc made for Thomas should still be intact

All we can do now is cross our fingers and hope that this deal can go through, so Arc can get back up and running, all the people who lost their jobs can return and work and can start animated Thomas and other projects again.

So, just to be clear, Arc's former employees were hired by Jam Filled?

I'm guessing Jam's animation will still look similar to TAB/S19/SLOTLT/TGR.

Probably, since they're still using the same files.

And Bubbling Boilers, 4-D.

Also, here's an off-topic fun fact: If one has heard of "The Loud House," Jam Filled does animation for that, as well.

Is that true? I do recall someone thinking they could "bounce back up", but I never believed him.

So does that mean the studio that closed is open again, or what is going on?

As previously stated, another company bought the studio, and hired some of the latter's former employees.

Thusly, there's a good chance that T&F will have the same animation as before, but it will be under a different name.

That's good though; arc productions has technically been saved, and if at least some of the old employees have their jobs back, then that is a good sign.
